Description : This is my own recipe where I have added Indian and European and Chineses ingredients, and for sure it is very very tasty.

Directions | How to make Anglo-Indian Fusion Beef Roast
 
Cut the beef to 2 or 3 big Junks, mix all ingreadants except the cooking iol, marinate the beef overnight or for more than 1 hour. Place marinated items in a cooker and cook for 10 to 15 min's. Remove the steam and take out only the beef and slice to thin/flat 2 inche pieces ( do not remove the cooker from the stove top keep on low flame) Put the sliced beef into the cooker and raise the flame to highest, as the sauces start to reduce add the cooking oil. When only the oil is left fry for 5 to 50 min. Remove from stove and ready to eat.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Taste for salt, as the sauces have salt. Goes with anything.
