• Combine everything, in a large bowl. • Toss it well, so as to get the prawns well coated in the sauce. • Refrigerate for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs; take the prawns out of the refrigerator. • Toss the mixture once again so that the texture and flavor mix well. • At this point if you want adjust the flavors you can taste the sauce and adjust it. • Heat a non stick sauce pan. Put some butter and pour the prawn mixture in it. • Stir gently the prawns while it cooks till the prawns are pink in color. • Cover the pan and cook the prawns for 5 - 10 minutes more or until the sauce thickens a bit. • Here if you wish to keep the sauce thin you can add some apple juice. • Garnish with parsley or coriander and serve it with paratha or steam rice.
