Directions | How to make Arvi Gadda Vepudu Chema Gadda Vepudu Fry
 
Boil arvigadda in the pressure cooker for about 3 whistles. Take out the arvi from the cooker and soak them in cold water and skin them. Cut them into 1/4" round pieces. Heat oil in a kadai, fry them to golden brown and take them onto a thick tissue for the excess oil to be absorbed.

Once all of the arvi is fried, add salt, turmeric and dhanya powder. Take a pan. Heat a tsp of oil in it, add mustard seeds, minnapapu, karvepaku. as they are getting fried add the arvi, mix. add the red chillie powder and coconut powder.Mix well and serve with freshly made papucharu and hot rice with ghee.
