Take a dry frying pan and fry the rice flakes without adding oil. fry till the flakes Become crisp. remove from fire and keed aside. fry the groundnuts in the same way Till they start spluttering. fry the fried grams in the same way on low fire till they turn Light brown in colour. Heat oil or ghee in a frying pan. add mustard seeds, when they splutter, add curry Leaves and sliced red chillies. Stir and add coconut pieces.stir on low fire till the coconut pieces turn light brown in Colour. then add fried groundnuts,roasted fride grams, chilli poweder and salt powder. Lastly, add rice flakes and mix well. serve with evening tea or coffee.
