1.boil lobster and remove from shell. 2.clean fish.bone and cut into 5 cm. long pieces. 3.crush garlic and in a sauce pan, with finely chopped onions, and tomatoes skinned and quartered. 4.add olive oil and all spices. 5.add fish. 6.cover with boiling water and boil on a very hot fire for 10 minutes. 7.place pieces of toast in 8 soup plates and cover with fish,making sure that each plate has a full variety of fish. 8.pour soup over fish and serve at once.
