1. Wash and prepare the ladies finger and keep aside . 2. Wash and cut meat into even sized pieces . 3. Peel and slice onions and add to the meat . 4. Grind ginger and garlic .Add to meat with turmeric ,salt ,garam masala and oil. 5. Add a little water and keep pan on fire .Cook gently . 6. When water dries up ,add chopped tomatoes .Stir constantly till tomatoes are well cooked . 7. Add ladies fingers .Brown for a little longer . 8. Add enough water to cover the meat and vegetables and cook gently until tender . 9. Add lime juice or tamarind and allow to boil well .Remove from fire and add finely chopped mint leaves. Serve hot .
