Directions | How to make Basen Poora
 
Not a new dish. But addition of wheat germ makes is more nutritious. All items in a pot. Pour curd. Make soft batter. Add milk/water till it is flowing like a dosa batter. Heat tava. Make it like an omelette or a thick dosa. Medoum heat. Basen ( 22% protein) plus Whet Germ ( 26% protein) make is very tasty, crispy, high nutrition snack or Sunday meal. Good for breakfast.

Keep heat medium Serve with sour cream, or a dash of butter.
