cold cooked rice	cup	4
crushed chilli	tsp	1
egg, lightly beaten	number	1
frozen mixed vegetables	cup	4

MAGGI Onion Soup Mix	number	1
oil	tsp	2
oyster sauce	tbsp	1
red pepper, diced	number	1
soy sauce	tbsp	2
water	cup	1/4
Directions \| How to make Beef Fried Rice

1. Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Add garlic and beef, cook until browned. Combine sauces, chilli, soup mix and water. Add to pan with rice, mixed vegetables and red pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Place in a serving dish. 2. Add egg to pan, cook on medium heat until set. Roll up and cut into strips. Toss through fried rice and serve immediately. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes
