1) Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for about 8 hrs or high 4-5 hours. Remove meat shred with two forks.
2) Serve in warmed flour tortillas with any or all of the following; grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, avocado slices or guacamole.
