1. Roast mustard seeds and cumin and powder . 2. Cut brinjals lengthwise and slit green chillies . 3. Heat fat ;fry fenugreek seeds and broken red chilli. 4.Add brinjals and fry well .Mix sour curds with half a cup of water ,sugar ,salt and green chillies and add to the brinjal mixture . 5. Cover and cook till brinjals are tender and gravy is thick . Add powdered spices ,mix well and remove from fire .
