Directions | How to make Bhendi Bhaja
Wash the Bhendi.Cut round round small in pices.Then cut onion medium size 4 or 5. If you will add more onion then no problem. In a tawa add oil. After that add onion.Fry the onion upto golden colour. Add the bhindi,then salt and haldi. Fry without giving water.We are not giving water that is why fry it frequently. It is very very tasty. Not necessary to add any powder.
