1. Grind garlic and ginger .Grind chopped onions till nearly brown .
2. Add garlic and gigner and mutton .
3. Keep frying for 10-15 minutes ,sprinkling a little water if desired .
4. Add coriander powder ,red chilli powder ,cumin powder and salt .
5. Fry for a further 10 minutes .
6. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for a further 10 minutes .
7. Add sufficient water and coriander leaves and simmer over very slow fire .
8. When nearly done ,add garam masala and pepper powder .
