1. Wipe ladies finger with a wet cloth. 2. Chop ladies finger , onions and tomatoes. 3. Heat half the fat. Fry onions. Add ladies fingers and tomatoes. 4. Add all the spices and seasonings expect lime juice. 5. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. 6. Beat eggs and mix with ladies fingers. 7. Remove from fire and spread in a pyrex pie dish. Sprinkle lime juice. 8. Fry remaining eggs. Place on top of prepared vegetabels. Blake for 5 to 10 minutes.
