eggs	number	5
frozen blintzes	number	12
melted butter	cup	1/2
salt	to taste
sour cream	cup	2
sugar	cup	1/4
vanilla	tsp	1
Directions \| How to make Blintz Casserole

Melt butter in casserole dish. Dip blintzes in so butter is on both sides of blintz. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon and pour over blintzes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
