Directions \| How to make Bread Omlette

Take a bowl and add 2 eggs. To this add 2 tsp of besan, garam masala, salt and finely chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.. blend it throughly. Heat tava and pour suffient quantity of this mixture. add oil and toast golden brown to make a crispy omlette. similarly toast bread. place the omlette inbetween bread pieces to make a nice bread egg sandwich. You can have this toast as such or with tomato chilli sauce. This goes for a very good breakfast.
