1.Boil sweet corn and keep it aside.
2.In bowl take Besan(Gram Flour),mirchi pdr,salt,kaju(Cashews),little water to make very thick batter and deep fry them till they get light brown color.
3.Cook Basmati rice and keep aside.
4..In pan add oil,Once it is heated add Green chilly saute for a minute then Curry leaves,chopped onions,Once they turned brown color add boiled corn,amchur powder,salt,cooked rice,kaju pakodi.
5.mix them all. Cook it on low flame for a minute.Finally garnish with coriander leaves
