Directions | How to make CRISPY MASAL VADA
 
Soak chana dhall for 3 hours. Grind it in mixer Just for a second with salt and do not make it smooth, just coarsely we should see if we can make round shape then remove the dhall from mixer. Cut onion,corriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves,green chilli into very small pieces and add all these with above ingredients to dhall and mix it well. Make it into small balls. Fry the oil and take those ball in your hand and press them to flat then put them in the oil and deep fry untill golden color.

SOAK THE DHALL FOR 3 HOURS AND DO NOT GRIND IT MORE
