Description : Cabbage chutney which my inlaw prepared when she came to US to visit us was so delicious. And would like to share.

Directions | How to make Cabage Chutney
 
First cut cabbage into pieces and saute for 10 mins or untill the cabbage smell goes away. then after cabbage cooling dump it in a blender along with tamarind, salt, sesame powder, coconut powder, chillies, coriander and mint leaves and grind it well. For Popu(tadka):Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, ginger garlic paste little and turmeric. And mix this popu to cabbage mixture. Hmm, it would be so tasty. Hope every one will like it. Hoping to see my receipe on your show. Kalpana.
