Mix all of the above ingredients and form a dough. Do not add water. Just sprinkle water say a few drops. Heat oil in a skillet and fry them in medium heat. Serve with Tomato Ketchup

Do not add water to the dough. Just sprinkle some and mix well. Serve hot with Ketchup or Rice... Pre heat oven for 10 mins and place them in a tray.Will remain hot and crisp for 2 - 3 hours
