Description : cabbage soup in 10 minutes

basil	tbsp	1
cabbage finely chopped by chopper or mixie	head	1/2
corn flour	tsp	1
ginger - finely crushed	0	1/4 inch
olive oil	tbsp	2
Onion finely chopped	big	1
parsley	tbsp	2
Directions \| How to make Cabbage Soup

Fry the onions, ginger,cabbage in the olive oil and add water to get to the soup consistency. add the basil and parsley and allow the mixture to boil for few minutes. for a thick soup : add 1 spoon of corn flour in 1/4 cup of water and add to the soup and boil it for few minutes

use a chopped for extremely fine cut of the cabbage which resembles a cous cous	serve with some grated parmesan
