Directions | How to make Capsicum Chutney
1. Cut the capsicum to large pieces along with the seeds. 2. Blend the capsicum, salt, red chilli powder and tamarind to fine paste 3. In a wide open pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, chopped garlic, turmeric when the garlic is transperent add the capsicum paste, and cook till the oil leaves the edges.
