Besan	tbsp	2 OR 3
Capsicum	large	2
Chile Powder	tsp	3/4
Coriander seeds	tsp	3/4
Ginger & Garlic Paste [optional]	tsp	1/4
Jeera	tsp	1/2
Make Powder:- [fry little]	0
Medium Onion chopped	number	1
Oil	tbsp	2
Salt up to taste	tsp	1/2
Sesame seeds	tsp	1
Turmeric	tsp	1/4
Directions \| How to make Capsicum Curry

How to make: 1 Take a pan,heat oil , add chopped onions let them cook 2 OR 3 Min's stir occasionally 2 Add chopped Capsicums and stir, keep lid cook until Capsicum cooks 8/10 Min's in between stir occasionally 3 Add ginger & garlic Paste 4 And add Turmeric,Chile Powder and Salt stir keep lid 2 Min's [check chili&salt depends upon taste] 5 Add Jeera,Coriander,Sesame Powder stir keep 4 Min's 6 Finally add Besan powder and stir frequently 2 Min's 7 That's it Capsicum curry is ready and enjoy

Note: You can also fry Besan before adding to curry,because of besan smell Fry Jeer,Coriander,Sesame seeds & make powder	serve with Chapathi,Naan and also good with rice.
