Directions | How to make Carrot Rasam
 
1) Clean & Pressure cook Carrots. 2) Drain carrots and Mash/ blend well & preserve water a side. 3)Take a deep Sausepan, add oil. 4)When oil is warm add Asafotida powder,Mustard, Cumin seeds & Curry leaves. 5)Add carrot mix, tamarind paste, salt red chilly powder. 6)Let it boil for 10 min's. 7)Remove from stove n garnish with coriander leaves. 8)Serve with Dosa, Idly or Rice.
