Directions | How to make Carrot Mysore Pak
 
Fry basen withot oil till raw smeel goes. Make sugar syrup with sugar and little water. Once it reached one string consistency put carrot paste first and using a strainer put fried basen little by little( this will aviod formimg of lumps). Stir continously. By the same time melt the ghee. While it started thickening pour 21/2 cup ghee little by little. Cook till the mixture becomes frothy. Off the stove and pour the remaining ghee and stir very well for few minutes till almost all the poured ghee absorbed by the mixture. Also put a pinch of cooking soda( it will help to cut the mysorepak neatly). Spread out on a greased plate and after a few minutes cut it neatly. Very tasty carrot mysore pak is ready now.

About Carrot mysore pak
Because of carrot's & basen's taste together carrot mysore pak is very tasty. If anybody wants to reduce ghee then they can use 1 cup ghee instead of 3 cup and put the carrot paste and basen just before sugar syrup attains one string consistency.
