button mushrooms - sliced	grams	200
carrots - chopped	large	2
dried thyme	ml	5
turnip - diced	number	1
vegetable stock	ml	250
celery - chopped	stick	3
cloves garlic - crushed	number	3
dried basil	ml	5
green pepper - cut into strips	number	1
leek - sliced	number	1
mixed herbs (dried)	ml	5
oil	to taste
onions - sliced	number	2
potatoes - diced	number	2
salt	to taste
soft white breadcrumbs	cup	1
Directions \| How to make Casserole

Preheat oven 180 C or 350F Grease ovenproof dish Saute onion and garlic till soft. Add green pepper, leek and celery and saute till soft. Add mushrooms and saute till pale brown Add carrots, turnip and potatoes and pour over stock. Season and add herbs. reduce heat and simmer 'til vegetables are tender. thicken if necessary with potato starch, cornflour or vegetarian gravy granules. Pour into casserole dish and pour over 'yoghurt'. Mix 'cheese' and crumbs together and sprinkle over top. Place in oven and heat through till top is brown and crisp.
