coriander leaves chopped	tbsp	1
cornflour or plain flour	tbsp	2
garam masala	tsp	1/2
ginger grated	tsp	1/2
grated cabbage	cup	1
grated cauliflower	cup	1
green chillies crushed	number	6
oil to shallow fry	to fry
salt	to taste
Directions \| How to make Cauliflower Parathas

Sprinkle some salt over grated cauliflower and cabbage. After 5 minutes, press and remove all excess water. Add all other ingredients and mix well, except oil. Roll one lump of dough (refer introduction), place a tbsp. of mixture. Roll paratha as shown in introduction. Shallow fry as shown in introduction. Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or tamarind chutney.
