1) Take a pot and add the water to it. Set the pot on the stove over medium heat and bring the water to a boil.
2) Lightly crush the cardamoms and add them in the water.
3) Add the tea leaves or tea bags and let it cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat. Or until the tea absorbs well in the water and the water turns black.
4) Add the milk to the tea water. And bring it to a boil.
5) Remove from heat. And strain the tea into tea cups. Add prefered amount of sugar and serve hot
