Directions | How to make Channa Dal Pakoda
 
Soak channa dal in water overnight and grind it into a coarse thick paste in the blender without adding much water. Now add all other ingredients to the paste to the consistency of masala vada batter. Heat oil in a kadai and drop the batter in in lumps. Deep fry till golden brown. Crispy pakodas ready!!
Serving Ideas
Sprinkle some chilli powder mixed with salt and deep fried crispy coriander leaves on the crispy pakodas while serving to enhance the taste.
