Cook the channa with salt in just enough water, pressure cooking will be easier and Healthy too.
Heat oil in a pan.. add mustard seeds. when they pop,add curry leaves.then add Chopped green chillies and grated coconut, fry well. then add the cooked Channa,channa masala and stir well. remove from fire after a minutie.
It is very nutritious. serve as a snake or a side dish with rice.
