1.Grind together to a fine paste the turmeric,chilli powder and coriander powder.
2.heat oil.add cumin chopped onions green chillies and ginger saute.
3.Add ground spices and fry.
4.Add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. simmer adding a little water if necessary.
5.Cut cheese into cubes.
6.Prepare a thick batter with gram flour.soda,salt and water.
7.Dip Cheese in batter and deep fry.
8.Drain and put into prepared curry.cook for a few minutes.
9.Add beaten curds.do not boil after adding curds but mix well.
10.serve hot, garnished with a pinch of finely chopped coriander leaves.
