Directions | How to make Chetinadu Egg Curry
 
*Boil the eggs, remove shells and cut into half. *For the Gravy;Take a pan ,add a tsp of oil, add Cinnamon , Clove, Cardamom, Fennel seeds, Cumin seeds, fry till the aroma emmits, then add the Garlic and Ginger, saute it, add onions saute it, add white till and cashewnut add green chilles, Coriander leaves add grated coconut saute it theh finally add coriander pwdr fry for few seconds and turn off the fire allow it to cool completely and grind to a fine paste. *Take an other vessel, add 5 tbsp of oil, add mustard, Cumin seed, 1 finely chopped onions, Curry leaves then add chopped tomato saute it, now now add the grounded masala paste, requried salt as per taste, cook till the oil seperates from the gravy, now finally add the boiled eggs in the gravy.cook for 5minutes and now its ready to serve. *Serve it with plain white rice, jeera rice, roti/paratha , goes well with biryani. Note; Can include even peas in the gravy.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Do add some salt in the water, while boiling eggs. *Boil eggs for 10 minutes , don't over cook the Eggs. Srve it with biryani. roti partatha, pulav
