Directions | How to make Chicken Lo Mein
Bring water in the stock pot to boild and add salt and than when the water boild add the egg noodle cook about 3 minutes till the noodle easy to break, and than drained it set a side. season the chicken with salt and pepper pwdr. Add the oil to the empty pan, cook the slice chicken till tender drain it from the oil. Set a side. and than add the Onion slice sauted till half cook and than add the red bell pepper and add minced garlic and add the egg ( optional ) add the chicken back to the pan and add the egg noodles and than mix add the oyster sauce and mix them add the salt and pepper to taste and than add the frozen vegetables mix till evenly try keep mix them in the pan to avoid the noodles burn or dry. After all ingredients are blend turn off the stove and than remove the noodles to serving dish spill little sesame seed oil to bring the arroma and springkle with fresh scallion. ready to serve!

If didn't want having chicken take out the chicken it will be come just Vegetables lo-main. try add 1 Tsp oil when bring the water to boild to make easy seperate the egg noodles
