Ingredients used in Chicken Pot Pie Sandwich
• Chicken - 2 cups.
• Bread - 2 quart.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Carrot - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Chicken broth - 2 can.
• Peas - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Pour the broths into a heavy pan and bring to boil. Lower heat. Remove one cup of broth and mix it with the cornflour; mix well. Pour this mixture into the broth and simmer until it thickens.
  • Now addthe chicken, peas , chopped carrots and onions into the broth and cook until the chicken is heated through.
  • Once cooked, spread about 2 tablespoons of this mixture onbread slice and put into sandwich maker.
  • Cook for approximately 4 minutes or until it is well browned.

Serve hot with ketchup.
