1. Grind coconut and coriander . 2. Grind onions ,red chillies ,turmeric and peppercorns .3. In a pan , put in fat ,ground ingredient s and chicken ;over with tight lid and cook on a slow fire for a bout 20 minutes . Add chopped tomatoes . 4. Sprinkle a little hot water and stir well for about 10 minutes . 5. Add mmore hot water and salt and cook on a slow fire till chicken is tender .
