Soak rice for 2 hours. Grate the coconut. Grind the rice and the grated coconut to make a smooth batter. Mix salt, sugar, milk, cardamom powder and baking powder to it. keep it for 2 hours. Take a pan and heat one spoon ghee. Put 2 tablespoon batter into it and cover the lid. Take out of flame after 5 minutes and serve hot.
