1.place the date-palm sugar in a saucepan, add the water and bring to a boil.stir until the sugar gets completely dissolved,then remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
2.break the eggs into a large ovenproof bowl and beat lightly.add the coconut milk and the syrup and stir to blend throughly.then place the bowl in a pan with a tightly fitting lid and steam over rapidly boiling water for 30-35 minutes.
3.serve immediately or it to cool.
