Hot vadas... enjoyed best in monsoons with hot cup of tea!
1. Blend the corn in a mixer to a coarse mixture, without using any water.
2. Transfer the mixture in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Divide the batter into equal sized ball and keep aside.
4. Roll the vadas in bread crumbs evenly and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
