Directions | How to make Corn Dosa
 
Mix Corn flour & Maida.. (I started making this variation as i was in a country where I was not getting Rava & rice flour was rare & very expensive...Otherwise you ca use some Rice flour too ....). Add all the other ingredients & mix.. You can also add other spices & curry leaves etc to your taste . Mix this into a very very thin Batter ..Almost 3 times thinner than a normal Dosa batter ... POur this batter with the help of a cup on a heated skillet. Try to form a circle while pouring...DO NOT try to pour the whole thing in the centre & make a circle with a ladle .. this will not work as the batter is very thin.... After you pour you should find lot of tiny holes in the dosa... ( you will know what i mean if you are familiar with Rava dosa) Cook it in a very low flame ..c orm will take more time to cook .. & Add some oil on the sides of the dosa while cooking ..Then once they are cooked crispy. Remove it .. You can eat it with Chutney /Sambar or even some nice pickle.... I like to add White & Yellow Corn flour in equal proportions as i like the colour which it gives.... This proportion should give you atleast 5 dosas..( Medium sized )..As they are very thin you can enjoy quite a few in a sitting ...
