Ingredients used in Curry Leaf Fried Rice
• Ghee/oil - 3 to fry.
• Turmeric - 2 pinch.
• Curry leaf - 6 stems to fry.
• Salt - 1 piece.
Method:
I was going thru your curry leaf rice video. Then I thot of posting the Curry Leaf Rice which I make. This is bachelors food as I stay single . Easiest and I like it a lot. Try and see . Sanjay hope you will go through my recipe and try it once - Jordan Finely Chop the curry leaf as fine as possible. may be 2mm thickness and a half cm (lol). Now heat the Ghee/Oil in the pan and add the chopped leaves. After it gets fried a bit, add the turmeric and let it cook add rice to this and some salt. Let the rice get fried and then have it hot :) would be amazing with some chicken gravy ;) And no chilli in this
