Ingredients used in Custard Cookies
• All purpose flour / maida flour - 250 grams.
• Sugar powder / icing sugar - 155 grams.
• Butter - 250 grams.
• Custard powder - 155 grams.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, sugar powder, mix this to a creamy consistency.
  • To it, even add beaten egg and mix it well.
  • In another bowl, add all purpose flour mixture and custard powder, mix well.
  • Later transfer this mixture to the above bowl, mix it like a soft dough (i.e, like soft creamy texture).
  • Make them into round balls and coat them with icing sugar.
  • Later transfer this to baking tray, take a fork and press it on the top of the roundels.
  • At last, bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.

Delicious Custard Cookies is now ready to serve.
