1.knead the flour with just enough water to make a stiff dough.
2.smear a little clarified butter on the dough and keep aside for a while.
3.make small balls of the dough and roll them into thin rounds, 6'' in diameter.
4.heat the butter and fry the rounds .
remove immediately; do not brown .fold them in half and put aside ,covered so that they do not forget crisp.
5.serve hot as an accompaniment.
