Soke rice , almonds and cashewnuts in water for atleast 4-5 hours
drain water and put it in milk add cardmom podwer and saffron a pinch
cook till milk reduces to 3/4th quantity now add nido podwer and sugar let
sugar to cook well.
now let it cool and blend this mixture to a soft texture
garnish this kheer with sliced pistoch and saffron
