Ingredients used in Easy Baked Chicken
• Paprika - 2 teaspoons.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard paste (dijon) - 2 tablespoons.
• Ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Chicken pieces (thighs and legs) - 6 numbers.
• Oregano or mixed herbs (ready made) - 2 teaspoons.
• Honey - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Clean, wash and Dry chicken. Mix all above ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl. Add the chicken pcs and leave to marinade for 1 or 2 hrs. Preheat oven 200C. Pour in a baking dish and bake covered for 30 mins, then turn chicken over, baste it and bake further for 20 mins. Lastly blast the oven grill on high and cook uncovered for 5 mins just to get a nice colour. Serve with roasted potatoes.
