Directions \| How to make Easy Veg Pulao In Microwave

Wash and soak basmati rice for 10 minutes. Mix all the veggies and spices . Add cashew, raisins and salt and sugar. Add butter. Put it in microwave and allow it to cook for 20 minutes. Pulao will be ready to serve.
Recipe Tips	Serving Ideas
The quantity of water should be approximately three times to rice. Soak rice in water for few minutes before putting it to microwave.	You can garnish the dish with fried onions . You can also add saffron. Any paneer dish or non veg gravy dish will go well with it.
