1.pick the potatoes with a fork microwave them for 5-6 minutes or untill cooked. 2.cut a bit of the top scoop out the inside do not let the skin break or peel. 3.mash the scrapped out potato; add the butter mix well then add the chives or sage,seasoning and the nutmeg.stir in the cream ; mix well ; then gradually beat the eggs. 4.stuff equal amounts of the mixture into each potato; place them in a baking dish. 5.bake the stuffed potatoes in a preheated oven on the moderate heat for 10-12 minutes. 6.serve hot with a salad and bread.
