Egg	number	2
green Chilli	number	2
Hing	pinch
Maida	cup	2
Onion	cup	1/2
Rice powder	tsp	1
salt	to taste
Directions \| How to make Egg Maida Dosa

-In a mixer , add the eggs and maida, with little water and made a dough of the regular dosa consistency. -Transfer it to a bowl and add the salt, rice powder,hing, finely chopped onion,chilli and coreinder leaves. -Mix all well. Make the dosa.
