Directions | How to make Egg Puffs
1)Thaw the pastry sheet by leaving it out in room temperature for about an hour or so.
:- You can defrost it, using a microwave. But should be careful not to cook it.
2)Boil the eggs and cut them into halves.
3)Spread the sheet and then roll it a bit, so the thickness if half of what it was originally.
4)Cut the pastry sheets into rectangles and place one egg piece in one half of the rectangle and fold the other half over it.
5)Seal the corners by making them little wet.
6)Repeat the procedure for the remaining eggs.
7)Place these on a sheet of aluminium foil in the oven at 375 deg C for about 45 mins or till they turn golden brown.
8)Turn them in about 30 mins.
:- It makes a great and easy snack for parties.
:- You can make the potato masala (or left over vegetable fry) that you use for Bondas and stuff the pastry with potato instead of the egg.1)Thaw the pastry sheet by leaving it out in room temperature for about an hour or so.
