1. Pick and wash the gram.
2. Chop onions and chillies. Peel and cut pumpkin.
3. Boil gram, pumpkin, green chillies and onion in very little water.
4. When gram is cooked, remove from fire and mash to a pulp.
5. Herd boil eggs and divide into quarters.
6. Divide gram mixture into balls.
7. coat with gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown colour
