Directions | How to make Egg Kurma
 
First of we should fry Ground nuts, Kashmir red chillies , coriander seed, Jeera and coconut piece in 6 tbsp oil. After that fry chopped onions, green chillies, Garlic too and add Gram masala also this to your food processor and make it as fine paste by adding sufficient water to it. Put 3 tbsp of oil in the pan which your going cook curry after heating the oil then fry the eggs and take it into another plate
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Fry the eggs before you dip into gravy. Fry the eggs after heating oil only otherwise it will bump. you can serve with rice.

Now pour ghee to your pan after heating it add bael leaf to it and fry till it gets golden brown next to that add over paste mix well for 2mins then add your tomato paste and boiled and fried eggs to it stir it and close the lid seamer your stove for 10 min then add coriander leaves off the stove its ready and you can have it with rice or rotis
