Directions | How to make Egg Sweet And Sour Soup
 
1) Cut big capsicum in medium size. 2) Heat oil in a pan. (Chinese type pan recomanded) 3) Add capsicum in it (use high flame) 4) After half a min add cumin seeds. And mix. 5) After 8-10 sec. Add alcohol (Absent or brandy) Carefully it will make fire in the pan dont panic thats what we need it will stop in few seconds. 6) After the fire will stop Add 1 liter of hot water. 7) Add 1 tbsp. of vinegar and 2 tbsp sugar. ( if you want you can add more sugar if you think its very sour but take in consideration that we are going to add cornflore which will reduce the sourness) 8) In a cup take cornfloure and mix it with water (look like milk should not be thick) 9) Start adding it slowly in the pan while mixing continuously. (stop adding cornflore when the soup is thick enough) 10) Add mashed egg slowly while mixing continuously and add pinch of salt. 11) Boil for 1-2 min and serve hot enjoy. 12) Use coriander leaves for garnishing.
Serving Ideas
To make it look nice Take 1/4 of ready soup in a diffrent pan add some red color and add it in the middle of the plate.
